My focus is working with individuals who struggle with self-esteem issues, childhood emotional wounds, depression, and/or desires to understand their life's purpose. I work with clients who were raised or "grew up" in dysfunctional homes/households and are now finding themselves living out the results of that "dysfunction". I will take a collaborative approach to help you identify the habits, thoughts, and/or feelings that are hindering you from achieving your authentic self, and together will brainstorm healthier ways of coping.
